Summary
All games will be played at either 8:30 or 9:30 each week. We have 4 fields.
Theme Week starts October 2nd. Theme week is a massive competition between all teams in LI-Kick. This season's theme is "Team Theme" which means your team can pick any theme you choose.
Post Game: The Downtown Cafe (4 School Street) This is a Bar Champs league
Standings are based on ELO and not win/loss record. Your ELO rating also will determine weekly matchups. You'll play the team closest to you in the standings. In the first 3 weeks of the season you'll play all new teams. In weeks 4/5/6, you may have rematches if the ELO determines that is the best game available.
Why are we doing this? We want teams to play close games that are at an appropriate level. We think this is more important than playing a 'balanced' schedule which inevitably results in mismatches between the top and bottom teams. The top 4 teams (based on ELO) will qualify for this season's 'A' bracket double-header finals.
