In this tournament you will join as an individual and play with rotating partners and opponents. (Doubles)
It is 'ladder-style' so you will always be paired with those of equal ability
You are guaranteed 7 games
"First to 6" means the tournament will end once the first player reaches 6 wins. This is guaranteed to be done in at most 8 games.
First to 6 example:
In Round 1, all players are randomly drawn
In Round 2, all players with 1 win are grouped together. Player with 1 loss are grouped together
In Round 3, the 4 players that are 2-0 will be grouped together, same for the 8 players that are 1-1 and the 4 players whoa are 0-2.
This continues until 1 player reaches 6 wins. This format ensure that as you move up and down the ladder, you'll always be group with people near your ability.
